We had to go out the hotel to the restaurant below our room for breakfast. It was no real hardship and the food was good for Peruvian standards - eggs, ham, toast, juice and coffee. We finally resolved the booking problem with F1 Hotel through Booking.com even though they initially said they had spoken with the manager and he said he was expecting us to arrive in the afternoon.
