HI everyone,

Well our road trip is going amazingly well. We are making so many friends along the way. Quite a lot of people on the buses are a lot younger than us which makes us feel quite old at times but we're having such a great laugh we don't care. We are travelling up the east coast from Sydney to Cairns and have over a month to travel the distance. Our 1st stop was Surf Camp, then Byron Bay, then Surfers Paradise and we have arrrived in Brisbane today. We are here for just tonight as we travel to a place called Moololaba tomorrow where we will have a double room to ourselves for a couple of nights - heaven! We are going to the famous Steve Irwin Australia zoo on Tuesday and can't wait. It would have been better if the man himself would have been there but never mind. At the end of this week we are going to do a self 4WD drive with about 11 other people camping and travelling around Fraser Island and for my birthday itself hopefully a skydive - agrh!!! I'm so nervous!!! It should be an amazing week. Next week we are sailing the Whitsunday Islands on a boat of 24 people for a couple of nights and staying the night on a cattle farm in the outback riding mechancial bulls and lassooing a goat so funny times to look forward to ahead in the next few weeks.
