Arriving at the airport in HCMC we are amazed to find ourselves being checked in by one of the girls we met on our snorkelling tour on Phu Quoc island. She gives us a huge smile when she sees us and gestures to her colleague who was also on the tour who gives us a big smile and wave.
David and I cheekily ask her for the upgrade we had mentioned on the trip but she said that as the flight wasn't full she couldn't upgrade us but instead she upgraded our luggage to priority and got us the best seats she could in economy. We were really chuffed that they were so pleased to see us as It confirmed that we had got on well with them on the trip. Waving us off and wishing us a good flight we head off.
After a 13hr flight we arrive at Gatwick Airport, pick up our PRIORITY luggage (lucky luggage) for our onward journey to York; not bad timing as we landed at Gatwick at 7am and were at home dead on 11am.
FINALLY, A BIG THANK YOU TO ALL THAT TOOK THE TIME TO READ OUR BLOG AND ESPECIALLY TO THOSE POSTING COMMENTS; WE HOPE YOU ENJOYED IT.
