Well in Perth now. Its a cool city, well small town really, it doesnt take too long to walk around the city but the buildings & especially Kings Park are class, worth a look. I had heard mixed things about Perth, that there was nothing to do here & that the people were strange, well there is loads to do here, you just have to find out what.

The taxi driver I got from the airport was a nutjob, a little scary infact, a true aussie bloke, he kept saying every other city in Oz, like Sydney, Adelaide & especially Melbourne were crap & that Perth was the best place on earth. Id have to disagree with him. I thought Melbourne was cool. Perth is nice as well, but dont spend more than a week here.

I did the city tour yesterday, i know a real Japnese thing to do but I just wanted to get a feel for the place, infact it was well over priced at $25 & if I had realised that Perth was as small as what it is I wouldnt have done it.

I headed out to Fremantle today, its a small country town 30 minutes from Perth on a train, but it has a real nice feel to it, definetly worth a look. Fremantle Prison is a good tour as well, see how convicts lived & how prisoners lived till 1991, they still had to piss into a bucket even in 1991, scary stuff.

Going to head to the Pinnacles on Monday, that should be cool..One disappointing thing is the weather, it was raining yesterday but the sun is starting to come out now..
