Well arrived in Alice Springs yesterday after my plane was delayed by 7 hours, they said it was mechanical problems with the plane, but id say the pilot was pissed after the night before. I wasnt too angry as I was up late the night before, ireland destroyed the poms in the rugby..brilliant!

I havent experienced heat like this before so even though its a cool little town I wont be disappointed when I leave. The flies are wee bas***ds as well.

Its real outback country out here but its a lovely town to stroll around. Off to Ayers rock tomorrow, well it has to be done, tour will probably be full of Japs but Im looking forward to it. Supposedly Alice Springs is where you get all the creepy crawlies that Oz has to offer, so Im off to Reptile world to view all its delights, I think you can handle snakes so that should be cool, once there not posionous obviously as I still have a lot of travelling to do.
