After the islands a peace of mainland time was needed so we planned to trip in one of the oldest rain forests in the world in khao sok national park! The accommodation was very basic again! Ko Tao: After the horrors of the sleeper. We arrived in chumpon at 5/5.30 in the morning. After a quick wash we were back on a truck bus and off to the port for a 3 hour boat to ko Tao. This was not a nice experience for either of us as we were both knackered after the last few days as well as the boat jumping up and down. So the sleeper train experience! Both hated it! No sleep! Scared of bag snatching stories so slept on both bags. Not great and got to ayutthaya at 5 in the morning. So did the only thing we know what to do... Have breakfast!! And we did so surrounded by early risers and monks in a near by food market. Rice and chicken for breakfast though!
