Our first stop on Nicaragua is the northern highlands town of Matagalpa, this is the chocolate and coffee capital of the country. D&D Brewery. The first and only Micro Brewery in Honduras set up by an American about 12 years ago called Dale (the D&D stands for Dale & Dog) and is next to Lake Yojoa in the middle of the country. So how many people can you fit in a Honduras bus? The answer is.....As many as the driver can fit in as possible! The bus on our current trip had capacity for 18 people.
