So as you all know I am back in Edlesborough, living the highlife!
I have been temporary working in Aylesbury to pay the bills, and am job searching as we speak, trying to find my calling. Since being back my parents have been very supportive and I have met up with all my friends who are still great fun, and happy to have me back ? I think!
The Highlights of which so far have been mainly centred around London.
I have met up with Claire who I lived with in Sydney, since being back and we had a great walk around London. Seeing all the sights and we even were very cultured and visited the Tate Modern on the South Bank. It?s been great weather since I have been back, blue skies nearly every day and that day we walked all the way past Tower Bridge to the lovely bars overlooking Docklands. Claire is doing well, a real lady around town, and it was great to catch up.
I also met up with countdown queen, Leonne, who I was really looking forward to seeing again after a whole year. She is also doing really well, bought a house and she still loves her job. We went to my favourite restaurant in Covent Garden La Tasca for the seafood Paella! Yum. Was great to catch up with her again, she?s brilliant fun and we had a great night.
The week after I met up with Cat (Cheese) and Lyndzy and went to strawberry moons in Regents Street, haven?t been to a club before around that area but had loads of fun. And the week after that I had the pleasure of seeing the Aussie girls from Ireland again, they came down to the borough to see the countryside, and then I went to On Anon, a nightclub in Piccadilly Circus that was awesome.
Although I appreciated London before for the amount of attractions and nightlife, I haven?t ever had so much fun there. It?s a wicked city for everything you need. I loved seeing Buckingham Palace with Claire, Trafalgar Square, Westminster, The Globe, Tower Bridge, the Tate Tower of London, dining again with Leonne and all the touristy attractions again
So as you can see I am centring most of my life around London, which is great ? mainly because I get to see everything again. And believe me on a hot summers day there is nothing like a Magnus on the South Bank ? Perfect.
