I loved that lagoon so much I decided to stay another night, and James and I met an English lad James, and a dutch guy who we called Carlos, because of his white linin trousers and white shirt, slick back long hair and dutch accent! He really did look like something out of Miami Vice! Cool lads, and we walked the outskirts of the Island, to the lagoon and dived in again. Another awesome day snorkeling, and all of our food was gorgeous, a lot of fruit, vegetables and rice/potatoes! The Views from the Island are spectacular, the beaches are gorgeous, and the people are so friendly and approachable. I love it here. We visited a Tea House at the end of the Island, where the lady Lo, made us fresh Banana Cake, and had a couple of beers, and played Frizbee for the rest of the afternoon. James (Irish) and I have become pretty good friends, hes a real good guy!
English James tried to charter a boat to go and see his girl on another Island that night but was denied late in the night by the other islands owner! we were all ready to night cruise across to the other Island, and he was so upset he hit bed early! Arhhhh. The next day we had a speedboat journey to some natural caves, where we got to dive underwater and enter pitch black caves...was so cool. Also got to rock climb and cave jump. Wicked time in there with the lads. James and I decided to sing the whole way home, about a 40 minute speedboat journey, which consisted of all the classics, Oasis Bon Jovi, Aerosmith, even some hymns came out ..think you get the point! We also mooned a boat full of girls while speeding past.
Alas that was our finale at Sunrise, off to White Sandy Beach now. Just sounds perfect doesn't it!
