July 7, 2012 My 7 days in Estonia have been great! Allison and I have had such a great time! Last night we ate at a traditional Estonia restaurant and had a meal of rosolje (beet,herring, and potato salad), mulgikapsad (a pork and sauerkraut soup), and a desert of Vanaema's kook which is sort of like a lemon square but with jam under a crumbly topping!
