Quiet day today inside the ship but it is blowing a force 8 gale outside. The sea is very choppy as a result. Feels as if we are going over potholes ( that is not a misspelling for portholes). Just did lots of eating, exploring and shopping. A lot of people were feeling unwell and have decided to stay in their rooms. Thank goodness for our sea bands. We had a late lunch which we finished as they were setting up afternoon tea so we selected some fine pieces....
