The big trip begins....hooray. An early wake up for a 0600 departure. And then 6 hrs in the car with several "are we there yets!"

A few stops for change in drivers, food and toilet and we arrived at Apex camp ground at around 1400 hrs. The kids overall were fantastic in the car. Around 600 kms and the kids were then ready to run around!

The caravan park was neat and tidy, with lovely flat blocks and beautiful big gum trees right on the Murry. And lots of cheeky possums.

Highlight of the day... Good kids in the car!!
