After a very cramped bus jouney we arrived in Santa Marta. It was getting dark so we decided to get a taxi but it probably would of been better walking as he didnt have a clue where the hostel was and asked at least 4 people before we finaly arrived. The flight to Cartagena was only an hour and as soon as we stepped off the plane we could feel the heat hit us, a nice contrast from the cold of Bogota. We left Santiago a little bit (well very) annoyed as Sam´s ipod had been stolen, bad times! There wasn't a lot we could do about it though, just another warning to be careful.We arrived in Bogota where we were met by Mario, another of our Colombian friends we met in Thailand.
