We're off to Scotland tomorrow - for hogmaney - on a plane for the first time - I'm a bit scared really but I'm being brave. I'll tell you about it all when I get back.

Happy Christmas darling bro'. Very strange without you but still enjoyable, everyone on good form. we cooked cockerel (13 lbs) and it turned out well with all the trimmings and too much alcohol. Lots of champers cos Bandit was host with the most and you know how 'flash' he is. Even went to The Red Lion in Marsworth on Boxing Day, after a short and enjoyable jaunt on the canal boat (sorry , barge) same one we first took him to in 1985 when you were? and he was thrown into the Richards deep end. Thanks for my cheesy kangaroo toy, made me laugh. Bandit and I are taking the girls to Scotland tomorrow ON A 'PLANE for New Year or should I say Hogmanay (forgive spelling) for their first flight, hopefully this will give them less of a shock for the long haul in January. Will update you about that later but don't see why we can't meet up in Sydney, drinks on you in 2004. Till then lots of luv'n'stuff, Lanta.

Hey brother 'MERRY XMAS & HAPPY NEW YEAR' ! So cool to hear from you matey, this site is excellant and I'm looking forward to following your adventures. Fantastic news about the 'I'm a celebrity....' job in January, give one of them a kick for me if you get the chance! As Cuddles said Fountains still as predictable as ever, though thankfully managed to avoid the 'Pop Idiot' final by sliding off to Amsterdam for an obscene session with the lads, which was most pleasant and yes mate, we went to see 'Mondo Generator' who were (I'm desperately trying not to swear) blooming s***e hot to say the least!!!

Hiya Chum - your postcards are fascinating - it's amazing that you can swan off to Queensland for a great time and be paid for it! As you can see I'm still jealous as hell.
Anyway - I just wanted to wish you a very happy time at Christmas; I'll certainly be thinking of you. I'm actually working at ITN but will get to see the rest of the family in the evening. There'll be a present for when you get back - the longer you're away the bigger it'll get!
