Day 2. Bex loved this activity filled day!! After a 7am Breakfast we set off on day boat for 2 hr cruise around the hundreds of small islands. Stopped on one n cycled inland to a hidden village n then trekked up a mountain to see an ancient cave where the Viet Cong hid in during war. 3 days n 2 nights of the most beautiful scenery we've ever seen aboard a Junk that made us feel we were on a James Bond set! Ate so much sea food from Crab n Lobster to Jellyfish salad which Bex loved!! If you come to Vietnam this is a must do trip! Halong bay beautiful as you sail out about 45 miles out in the china sea. It is so quiet, peaceful and no wind so no messing up your hair! Not a problem for dan. I didn't touch the jellyfish salad!!
