Yo yo, I know I said that my last update would be my last from NZ but I am at the airport and a little bored so thought I might as well make the most of the free internet. Besides I had a fairly crazy afternoon. After leaving the internet place I had been holed up in for an hour or so I exited to find the streets lined with people. I had no idea what was going, I just thought it must have been a big fire scare or something but as I carried on down the street I realised that there were literally thousands of people filling the whole city centre. I inquisitively asked a guy what the hell was going on, only to be told that there was an "Exotica parade" just about to start........ A what now? Next thing I know after a huge cheer some muscle bound guy is strutting his stuff on top of a tank (yes...a tank!!) with two semi naked girls girating behind him! Man, I thought I was dreaming. I took a spot to check it out and watched in ore as minute by minute topless pornstars were being driven slowly passed on the back of Harley Davidsons!! Absolutely crazy! Turns out it was some publicity stunt thing for a Exotica festival coming up! Lets just say that it definately raised awareness!! Im just glad I had my camera on me! haha.......You wouldnt get that in London would ya! After all that excitement I headed back to the hostel to chill and spent most of the afternoon eating, trying to get rid of the remainder of my food, I couldnt waste it now could I?!! And now I am at the airport, bored out my brain with another 8 hours to go until I can even check-in!!!! I think its going to be a pretty long night!! Anyways, I better say goodnight. Off to bed now, well not quite bed....more like a plastic chair with a 22kg backpack as a pillow!! MMmm, cant wait!! sweet dreams y'all. Dan
