We have been here for exactly two weeks now and I can't work out if it feels like we've been here ages or not!
As you may have noticed from our photos, we have been up to quite a bit in Perth such as the Aquarium, Wildlife Park, Beach (many times) and a stroll around the city centre.
We are now in the process of job searching, walking around Bunbury applying for work in smart shoes and jeans was not fun. Fay was also distressed as her smart clothes consisted of all BLACK! We are looking for mainly restaurant and bar work, but are lucky to have fruit farms near my Aunties house in Ferguson so we are going to get on the phone to them tomorrow. We are both looking forward to working as it will give us a chance to get more dollars as well as meet other travellers/ozzy's for the first time since being here. The first two weeks have been more of a holiday than a travel adventure ;)
I am happy to inform you that my sunburn has receeded (like my hair) and I have learnt from the power of the sun. :) The weather has continued to burn us fragile little pommy's to a fine crisp, there has been no rain here in WA (Western Australia) for over 3 months!!!! Im not complaining... just yet.
We have enjoyed reading all the messages and comments you peeps have left for us to read, keep them coming :)
Hope everyone is well back home and we're not depressing you all too much, we are trying to tone it down we promise :p
Love to you all
