We have previously visited Bar Harbor, a quaint & beautiful resort town. We have seen it in glorious sunshine and warm temps. Today was a very different weather story. Cool with misty rain and fog. The fancy mansions of the rich and politically connected still line the coastline. This trip we did not venture into beautiful Acadia Park, but strolled the streets among other tourists and townies. BH remains one of Maine's preferred vacation spots with many shops dedicated to outdoor recreation: hiking, rock climbing, boating, fishing, etc. Feasted on their famous blueberry pie. Yum.
