Pat and I toured the Auburn National Park today and boy did it show just how unfit I am from sitting behind a desk all day and not going for the daily walk I used to do before leaving Miriam Vale.

Pat as usual seemed to have boundless energy, rubbed it in by jogging ........ of course he was smilingly appologetic as he passed me on the slope.

Not a lot of water going over the falls but it was enough to simply sit and listen for ages. Massive slabs of granite litter the river bed, tough climb but yeah we did it.

Finished the day with drinks at the Eidsvold pub.
