First day we spent looking around the town and hiked up to waterfall Staubbach which was beautiful. Got to stand pretty close to the falling water, got pretty wet on the way down. Wow, just wow. Words cannot describe how beautiful it is here in the Swiss Alps. This has to be the most stunning area I have travelled to so far. Arrived in Milan around 1330 and crashed right away- I dislike 8 am buses! The area around our hostel is a bit rough but we have great security and are right by the metro. The drive in was spectacular!- towns by the cost, endless ships and vineyards. Nice is a very pretty city, its more so how I pictured Paris originally. You have the beautiful water views and lines and lines of shops, high end and more wallet friendly. Headed to the 5th town: Monterossa. It was very busy and very crowded with all the tourists at the beach. We just had a quick look around and jumped in the water before starting the LONG trek to the next town Vernazza. To make a long story short: walk took about 2 hours, the heat was insane with humidity at 70%, we only had one bottle of water and we basically climbed up the mountain to the very top and back down again.
