So we left Perth and made our way to Melbourne! The cyclone was due to hit Perth in the next few days.. seriously what is it with us!!!

So after meeting a very...well....another nutter on the plane who couldnt stop talking to Jayne. Lisa did an amazing impression of a sleeping person to avoid conversation..teehee...

We landed and made our way to The Greenhouse Backpackers in central melbourne! First impressions amazing.. it has won awards etc.. so expecting good things for the next 4 nights here.. found our room.. 4 share dorm..as usual you dump your stuff and if the dorm is empty you have a little look.. (with no touching) at the others peoples stuff and figure out who they are.. We were spot on.. Lisa instantly spotted Twining tea bags so definately english.. and obviously boys! Very messy lads but nothing we couldnt compete with in the untidy department.hahah

So we got changed and went to find a bar, we hadnt yet celebrated Lisa's results properly so we were up for a good night. Well after wandering around for 20 mins we found 'Joint Bar'.. with a neighbours sign outside??!! random.. we knew the neighbours night was not here..

But don't fear- it was Toadie's fake neighbours evening!! yay!! Lisa was excited about seeing Toadie and Jayne was more excited about the cheap drinks! Well they were flowing believe us!!! Had a picture taken with Toadie - LEGEND!! Couldnt resist giving him a sneaky kiss on the cheek!..

The night only got worse when we met some irish lads.. oh dear.. we all know what that means ..! fast drinking time...

The evening was over and due to a slight miscommunication we had our first argument!!

YES OUR FIRST ARGUMENT, BEING TOGETHER 24/7 FOR 2 AND A HALF MTHS!! not bad really eh??

Funnily enough we can't quite remember what it was really about but there was shouting, there was stamping of feet and there were definately tears! but the next day it was highly amusing trying to work out what the hell happened.. !

any, lets backtrack to mid-argument.. so we enter our dorm room.. obviously our new roomates were in bed as it was around 4am..we, apparently were still ..hmm whats the word Chris used...? 'squabbling' hahaha...

We were soon put in our place.. ENTER OTHER CHRIS: (head poking through into our bunkbed)

"I HAVE TO BE UP IN 3 HRS GIRLS, SHUT UP!!"

oops... so believe it or not ..we did actually shut up! the next day was slightly embarrassing as we met the lads (both called Chris-how annoying.. joking boys!) but they soon forgave us and we thought they were great!

Staying in the Greenhouse was great , we had free pasta night, free breakfast and 2 lads who had lived there for over 2 mths to tell us how to get to everything.. perfect! Our last night there was also the lads last night so a pub crawl was on the cards..much fun was had.. especially by them who cant remember a THING!! hmmm how the tables turn eh?? teehee

We were very sad to leave them the next day and hope to meet up with them on our 1st night in sydney just before they fly to New Zealand - we are not jealous - ahhhhh much!
