Today is called "Norway in a Nushell" day. We traveled by coach to ferry and experience the Naeroyfjord, another UNESCO site and the Aurlnd fjords with over 300 of our colleagues from all over. VERY CROWDED! In Flaam, we boarded the Flaam Railway, which took 20 years to construct so we can speed through 20 tunnels, 21 hairs pin turns in less than 50 minutes. The ride was breath taking and we made one stop to view this awesome waterfall and were surprise by a visit by the Huldra ( a female troll) We board the coach again and on the way to our next overnight stay, the OMG beautiful Hotel Ullensvang on the Hardangerfjord, we drove through a seven plus kilometer long tunnel that has a roundabout in the middle of the tunnel and leaving the tunnel we immediately drove over a HUGH suspension bridge over the fjord that is higher and longer than the Golden Gate Bridge. Back to the hotel, our bathroom floor is even heated, there are two indoor/outdoor swimming pools with lap lanes and fountains, the beach is on the fjord, and the Queen stays here. The list goes on.
