I have now left Saigon (Ho Chi minh) i took a six hour bus journey To Delat Southern Mountain range.

I met a English couple on the bus (Adam & Becks) we got talking and once we arrived at our destination we sorted the accommodation out and freshened up.

we all went out for a wonder and grabbed some food on route, we just chilled out drinking and chatting.

We decided we would do a easy rider tour of the elephant water fall and other local sights.We spoke to a couple of the local riders outside our hostel a got a good price for the following days tour $15 or 240,000 Dong.

After a goodnight's sleep we met for breakfast (bread and jam and a coffee) After we walk around the corner from the hostel to meet our guides.

We all jumped on the bikes and of we went we made our way up through the mountains and then stopped of to visited a local flower farm.

Next we made our way up to elephant waterfall, here our guide took us down to the bottom of the falls we had to clamber over rocks etc to get to the bottom, we all manged to get soaked from the spray but we got some cool photo's.

After we jumped back on the bikes and visited the following places a silk farm, coffee plantation, Rice wine maker.

We then went for lunch with our guides we all sat round talking and sharing various story's. The food was superb 6 or 7 courses for 60p bargain.

We headed back home through the mountain pass when we got back we sat and had a coffee with the guys.

It was my last evening with Adam & beck's as they were of to Nha Trang the following day. so we went out for a meal and a few goodbye beers.

Today i have just been chilling out want for a walk around the lake and town, tomorrow i cycle To Muine 170km Joy....
