Hey guys i have now left South east Asia i had such a wonderful time i'm quite sad to be leaving but i must continue with my travels.

I flew from Ho Chi Minh to Hongkong where i would stay 2 nights till i got my chinese visa sorted.

Once i landed in Hongkong i headed to Kowloon Island to find some accommodation i found a room in the Chung King Mansion the room cost be 8 pounds a night it wasnt the biggest room in the world but it was cheap..

I had a good look around the following day after i handed in my passport to get my chinese visa whislt i was in the travel agency i bought my train ticket to Shanghi the journey would take 22 hours so i bought a hard sleeper this would mean sharing a room with 5 others..

I collected my passport the next day and headed to the train station i found my room i was on the top bunk and was sharing with some local chinese people i dumped my kit on the bed and headed to the restaurant where i sat for a couple of hours reading.

I grabbed some dinner once they started serving i sat opposite a lovely chinese couple he could speak some english so we sort of chatted for a while and fair play to him he bought me a beer, and a older couple sat the on the otherside must have felt sorry for me because they gave me some of there beef dish i only fancied chicken and rice but most of the people were having 4 or 5 dishes so i guessed they thought i was hungry.

I had a a goodnight sleep the bunk bed wasnt that bad actually, once i arrived at the Station i headed to the entrance i needed to book another ticket to Nanjing this is where my friend Dave lives and works but everything is in Chinese so i never had a clue, but fair play 2 Korean girls they helped me as one of them could speak a little english so i gave her my money and of she went and purchased my ticket for me.. we grabbed some food which i paid for as a thankyou and then they showed me where to go and we said our goodbyes.

The journey was around 2 and half hours which was good once i arrived i headed to the exit i didnt have a clue where i was going as i didnt know where dave lived and my phone was dead LOL..

Anyway i tried to speak to a guard but with little luck so i headed to the taxi rank i jumped into the taxi and i gestured to the driver i needed a computer so luckily he took me to an internet cafe where i got hold of dave and he told me to meet him at the sofitel hotel and golf resort so i jumped into a taxi we eventually found the hotel..

Dave arrived with his driver and picked me up i was very glad to see him, we headed back to his he is staying on a private estate and his place is massive.. so i'm looking forward to chillin here for a week or so.
