I have finally arrived in Darwin! beautiful and warm about 33 degrees i think, but not too muggy. i sat next to an austrian guy on the way over he told me the best places to visist in austria and that the 'sound of music' tour isn't really all it's cracked up to be. apparently most austrian's haven't even seen the movie! i was too excited to sleep on this flight and arrived at about 1 in the morning. really nice to see katrina, we just hung out together today ...

Hi there, well i'm back in aus. what a wonderful feeling!!! it's a beautiful 26 degrees and i have a 9 hour wait before my final flight onto darwin. so i decided to catch the train to south banks and lie on the beach for a while! was just great. feeling pretty tired, but managed to have 3 seats to myself travelling from bangkok to brisbane so got some sleep. i'm very sick of the inside of airports though and can't wait for a real bed.
