Today we spend wandering around the town of Sorrento. We have we so busy leaving the town we hadn’t go to enjoy the town itself.
We found a secret bar La Finestre about 50 metres from our front door and so made the most of another lovely afternoon and had a drink overlooking our little fishing harbour. Just one drink there though as we couldn’t resist visiting our ‘local’ for one last drink.
We then walked around the harbour to the very end where we found a cute little hotel called the Admiral. It looked back towards our accom and the harbour itself and so we decided it would be a great dinner choice. Some lovely steak tonight and a bottle of red made from grapes that grow in the volcanic soils of Mt Vesuvius.
A lovely last day in a beautiful town that is a must to visit again when we return.
