Here we are in Langkawi, another island just off Malaysia near the boarder of thailand. We have had a couple of rain showers now but nothing drastic. Staying in a beautiful area and our 'shack' is on the beach itself. Getting used to cold showers now and bugs although sleeping in the heat is still a problem. People here are friendly and the beer is extremely cheap (not something i would normally like but im learning). We've moved now to somewhere with aircon!! phew! Emma and I thought it would be a great idea to hire mopeds (sorry mum) and tour the island with a few others. We got so far and it began to rain and unfortunatly, Emma came off. She is fine though, just cuts, bruises and shock but we went to the hospital to be on the safe side. I later too came off my just a few bruises. Wont be using them again!!!
