Kuta again Unfortunatly we came back to Kuta yesterday. The 3 main bombings were at the destination we were due to go to tonight but as fate had it we were too tired. Kuta Square is within walking distance so people here are dazed, confused and worried. Emma and i are fine although feel for the people around us. Anyway - dont worry we are ok and are now leaving on Monday for Malaysia. Went and visited the site the next day (today) and saw the presidents...

Now in a beautiful little island called Gili Trawangan just off Lombok. The boat journey here took a few hours and was extremely uncomfortable. We then had to get a bus to the port which i was suprised made the journey. The heavens opened when then on a small boat made for about 4 people crammed with 14 backpackers made it to the island. Well.................after staying at Lovina for a while, we decided to head back to Kuta. Although its more built for tourists, it had more of a social scene. Its mainly surfers here from all over of the world. We also spent one night in a place called Dreamland which was a surfers paradise. Hi everyone Well I'm here now in Lovina, Bali. When we first arrived we went to Kuta in South Bali. Plenty of backpackers and fun to be had but not a real taste of old Bali.
