We are in Bonito now, which is a fairly small town but really pretty, and geared towards tourists, so there´s loads of restuarants and bars and shops etc. It is known for eco-tourism, and there´s loads of wildlife everywhere.

We went snorkelling today which was amazing. The river we were in has supposedly the clearest fresh water in the world, its something to do with the limstone that comes out of the river bed and cleans all of the water so its really pure and clear. It was really cool cos you can see so well and for so far around you, and you´re surrounded by so many fish as well! There was a storm while we were doing it which was actually quite exciting cos you could hear the thunder under the water. We nearly had to stop early tho cos it was getting really bad and the guides were worried we would get hit by lightning!!

Got yet another full day of travelling tomorrow, and a night of free camping on the side of the road, then another day of travelling to get to Paraty.....3 nights there, then on to Rio to meet up with Alison for the carnival! Cant wait!
