Hi Everyone,

We've reached our first destination, Nairobi. After a 6 hour delay at Heathrow, we landed here yesterday (Sat 8th) afternoon. We had a brief history lesson about Kenya from our taxi driver Daniel and arrived at our hotel. Caught up on some much needed sleep and that was about it! Today up early for brekkie, then off to Nairobi's Snake Park, which was full of snakes!! Amongst other things. It was pretty primitive with fighting crocodiles which was cool! Had a long walk back to the hotel taking in the sights.

Just off to the bar now to meet the people we're off to the Masai Mara with. We leave for there early doors tomorrow for 4 days so won't be contactable! Can't wait to see the Big 5!!
