New Zealand has been fan-blooming-tastic, but I can safely say that we're looking forward to leaving for the sunshine! After flying into Auckland over a month ago, we started our journey south in a posher little campervan to our first stop Rotorua, which is one smelly place due to sulphur from the geo thermal activity. Next stop was Lake Taupo where we both did a skydive from 15,000ft - Joel is still asking himself why he jumped out of a perfectly good plane....

A new country surely means time for another blog, as expected Brisbane turned out far too messy and drunk to attempt to turn on a computer! Our last blog came from Darwin and since then we put in some serious miles on the clock. Once out of civilisation we headed out to Kakadu National Park, the big crocs and the bugs! After reluctantly leaving the comforts and beer of friend's in Brisbane, we continued our drive north in Manny the Mazda. We had a couple of quick pitstops at the beaches of Coloundra and Mooloolaba, was fun trying to find places we stayed at last time we were there with Joel's family. Next stop was Noosa Heads and the awesome beaches and National Park. Couple of nights sleep in the woods before being told to shift by the ranger, booooo! Once done at Noosa...

In the last 6 weeks we've finished our South East Asia experience and are back in the western world - Australia! After relaxing for near on a month on Thailand's islands, we headed for our adventures in Borneo. First stop was Kota Kinabalu, then the next morning we got the bus across to Sandakan as there is more to do that side.
