Okay so it's been a long time since i've updated this, still can't put any pictures up though. It's Monday morning here and I've been in Byron Bay since Friday night and it seems quite nice, chilled out though it's not an action packed place all about surfing or sunbathing. Did my surf camp from monday-friday and was a really good week, although not sure my surfing has improved too much! but i do know a lot more about what I'm supposed to be doing now so that's a plus. Will try and do some surfing while I'm here but going to wait for the waves to get a bit smaller first. Highlights of surf camp were probably watching everyone get wiped out, surfing with dolphins, being pulled over by the police and having to hide people on the floor and just meeting everyone really, everyone was lovely! One guy on the camp on my bus was from newport pagnell! how weird is that!! I havn't really done much other than surfing in the day and partying at night and since i've been in byron it's just been washing my clothes and catching up on emails, starting to plan after byron and food shopping so really nothing to interesting.

Am going to head down to the beach today, maybe do a walk around cape byron upto the lighthouse its the most eastern point in Australia so that'll be good might do some shopping too although going to try not to buy anything so just window shopping all the shops here are like roxy, billabong etc so i can't really afford anything, there is an outdoor 50m pool next to the beach too so might go and visit that a bit later on. then Laura arrives tomorrow and I move hostels so need to pack all my stuff up tonight too. then we need to find a new hostel from friday! eeek oh also we're going to do a circus skills lesson haha but yeah that's about all i have to update you on at the mo but should have more after this week! xxx
