Montanita - such a contrast to Guayaquil, small chilled out beach town. Lots of hippies, surfers and backpackers a really nice beach and not much else ....

Had to get up really early to leave though, going all the way to Quito ... people where still out partying when I walked to the bus stop. Sat at the bus stop kinda sleepy, some locals where waiting for the bus as well. They asked where I was going and I said Guayaquil ( had to change there to get to Quito) that made them think I was going on the same bus as them ( which I wasn´t I was going on the slightly more expensive and direct bus ) so when their bus arrived they picked up my bag and threw it on the bus and the bus started to take off !!! I had to run, jump on the bus and try to explain to them that this was not my bus and the busdriver had to stop and let me off !!!! He was pretty hard to convince that this really was not the bus I was supposed to be on - finally he let me off though and I had to run back to be in time for the bus I was really supposed to be on - way to stressful so early in the morning !!!
