We arrived by ferry from Phuket, took about 2 hours, on aturday. The ferry ride was suprisingly good... very hot though. We arrived in Phuket on the 13th (Thursday) after a one and a half hour ferry ride and a seven - eight hour bus ride from Koh Samui. Ok, so the 40 minute ferry ride from Koh Phangnan to Koh Samui was actually quite relaxing, but after meeting various people who had different opinions on Samui, we were anxious as to what we would find.
