When we got up on Saturday and headed to the bus to find that paddy 1 and Shayne were walking in from town. They had been out all night and couldn't function a sentence so jumped on the bus not knowing what was going on! We got to the ferry, boarded and found a comfy seat for the next 3 hours. We watched everyones SkyDive DVDs on Laurens laptop. When it came to waking the boys up when we reached Picton, Sofia his gf told us how he can lash out sometimes when he wakes so we all played Rock, Paper, Scissors to see who would do it. Loz lost and so had the deadly deed. It was so funny… she threw water at him then dived back and hurt her knee in the process. He sat up and dribbled etc but didn't open his eyes and fell back to sleep so Sofia had to wake him. Was hilarious! We got off the ferry and got on the bus ready to head to Nelson for the night. We headed out the scenic route through Marlborough Valley and headed to a free wine tasting boutique (much to our hungover bodies dismay) We stopped here for lunch and then went straight on to Nelson. We checked in the really nice hostel and then had a lovely roast lamb dinner J We then started to have a few drinks as there was a free beer tasting session going on - beer wasn't very nice so Loz wanted to play 21's to finish them off and got screwed over big time and ended up downing 7 in a row. A guy in the boys room called Matt started talking to us and he was so weird. His voice was annoying, and his views were silly and he kept shouting at us if we interrupted him talking. He then did the haka which was hilarious (this was in the boys room) so later on when everyone was round we made him perform in front of everyone. Smiley chanted whilst matt did the dance and my god, was the funniest thing ever bless him! We then went had a few more drinks whilst Steph headed to bed and called it a night around 11.30ish…. xxxxx
