Checked out of the hotel for our bus to Siem Reap. We were the only westerners on apart from one other bloke. The journey wasn't too bad and we had a staring competetion with a baby for most of the 6 hour journey. The one thing of interest, was when stopping at a rest station, Dave, thinking he was cool or in a movie by using his pen knife to eat his pineapple managed to slice his thumb off causing a lot of blood from Dave and a lot of laughter from Claire.

Arrived in Siem Reap and jumped into our Tuk Tuk. When we got to our hotel room that stinks of pee we arranged with our driver to pick us up that afternoon to go and see the sun set at Angkor.

The sunset involved quite a climb up a small mountain and when you're in the hottest country ever (confirmed Claire's vast knowledge of international temperatures), it wasn't what we called a fun climb. It was pretty ol at the top though apart from the 100s of other tourists and the wild monkey stealing everyones bags, eating suncream and attacking people who objected - the sunset itself was very nice
