Today was out last day of Traditions. We learnt about the Disney company and how we do things within the work place. Best of all we met the boss: MICKEY!

Rounding the day off we had lunch and then took a walk out into the Magic Kingdom :) best job orientation ever! I have never had the opportunity to watch a parade and meet other cast members while learning about the company I'm joining.

Finishing off the day we received our name badges and had the evening to ourselves.

We took a bus down to Disney's Down-Town before going to Florida Mall. A Market/Restaurant type place filled with entertainment and fun.

It's amazing how big Disney World is, and how the themes are made and played (by the Cast a.k.a. Staff) perfectly.

Being a guest in the parks for the past three days has been great. They believe that showing you what the company does for the guests that visit the parks, will hopefully make new cast members see the awards, the potential and the possibilities. It is amazing what they can do. Seeing all of this, it really does feel like the magic is real.
