Hi everyone You're lucky, another blog entry already!! We're now in Chang Mai in northern Thailand, only one hours' flight from Bangkok. The alternative was a 12 hour train journey or 10 hours on the bus! Neither of these really appealed! Chang Mai is just as hot as Bangkok but a lot less crazy! Hello everyone Bangkok - our first destination in Thailand. Arrived 11pm to 30 degree heat! Great arriving to a posh hotel with a lovely room on the 20th floor - not quite the pent house but not far off! Fresh orchids on the bed everyday and a huge buffet breakfast. Hello everyone We're now in Cairns and enjoying the warm sunshine. It might be winter but we're wearing summer gear! Yesterday was amazing cruising to the Great Barrier Reef.
