Got up early the next morning and headed to the bus station to catch the bus for Ilha Grande. Arrived in Rio feeling pretty fresh, and already we've noticed the difference in prices, everything seems so expensive here. Also noticed that all Brazilians are total posers. Crossed the border no problems, passed through Brazil and landed in Puerto Igauzu, didn't book a hostel in advance so went hunting for one, first one we tried was fully booked but we met a guy who seemed to be the tout for the entire town, anything you asked him he had a leaflet for. Arrived around 8 o'clock in the evening, town was deserted. Also the hostels that were marked in the footprints are all about double the price as they are supposed to be. Found a cheap enough one across the road, not the nicest place but it will do for one night we decided.
