We said our goodbyes to Jenni and Leeann and took the ferry back to Nadi, with Chad, Tuks, Bill, Shaun and Monika...got back to our hostel and went straight back out to catch a ferry to Walu Beach, which was in the Mamanucas.? The ferry took about half an hour and it was such a hot but beautiful day.? The sea was crystal clear and once we reached the Island it was clear that it would be totally different to Robinson Crusoe...for the price of about 25quid a night, we were in a resort that was amazing.? We were literally waited on hand and foot, and the beach was so peaceful...i took full advantage of the hammocks to get in my daily naps...and the food was amazing and the people again were so friendly.? We didnt really get up to much apart from sunbathing and just generally chilling out, which was a world away from all the activities we got up to on Robinson Crusoe.? We did manage to drag ourselves away to do a spot of snorkelling, which was really cool...got to see some wicked stuff tho it was plain to see that i was well out of my depth...was fun tho.? I also managed to read two books in one day: Robbie Fowler's autobiography and Ed's latest purchase...Barbara Taylor Bradford's classic...A Secret Affair, with the tagline...'Every woman should have one'...very racy indeed...lol? We got back to Nadi on the 27th which was going to be a Jack Bauer-esque 'longest day of my life'...we went into Nadi town first, where Ed unfortunately had $100 taken from his pocket, which put a downer on our experience of Fiji, cos the people were so amazing.? We then chilled at the hostel and finally had to say goodbye to Princess Kerry...was so weird cos we've been parted before, but i was gutted to say goodbye to her, cos we wont be seeing her again till she comes back in Novermber and she really made for some memorable moments for the trip...what can i say, she's a talented girl...lolEd and I then made our way to the airport for our flight at 11pm...we bought a camera along the way as Ed's camera broke while he was out on one of the boats...its amazing how much bad luck we've had with camera's...!!!? We were to be crossing international timezones and going Back to the Future literally as we were to be landing in Hawaii at 7am on the 27th...therefore technically having a 46hr day...Ed was loving this fact...so much so he busted out his Back to the Future t-shirt and saying things like...'this morning I was arguing with the woman at reception over my bill' even tho it was like 2days ago...lol
