So I got a rude awakening from that women again this morning. She didn't move my legs but made a huge racket. She was getting her friend up for their stop, which wasn't too far away. She's finally gone now and my room is two people less. It's more peaceful now. So i've been catching up on my blogs since 7 am and were not arriving until 11am. Got a few more hours on this train, but the journey has gone quite fast! It's started to hit me that it's just going to ...

So this is it. Today is our last day in Beijing with Mike and with everyone together. It was actually pretty sad to say goodbye to everyone. I may have actually cried. The morning flew by! We dint get up until 10 am, then it was a quick dash to pack and check out. Then we had to wait for Mike to arrive to take us to the Train Station. There was one train leaving at 3:20, one at 4:20 and one at 8pm. My train was at 4:20. All trains were at different stations....

So today was our last day of lessons and our last day in the Hotel and Mike wasn't with us as he had some meeting to attend to. After checking out of the Hotel in the morning, we went to school for the last time. It was actually kind of sad to leave Iris and Harry because they had looked after us for most of the week. So at lunch i gave a little Thank You speech and gave them a present each. Thankfully they understood me even though i had a bad throat. Aft...

So it's official I have been here for a week already! It feels like longer! It's been one hell of an experience so far and were only getting started! So after waking up this morning I have realised that Yesterday afternoon really wasn't a good idea. My ankle was killing and swollen again. And the worst thing was i had acquired a horrible cold and had been up most of the night coughing! So it would seem i have been quite unlucky, but refuse to see the bad side ...

So after 6 days in China, i manage to end up in the hospital. Needless to say, i'm the only one who could do that. haha Anyway mike picked me up from school and we made our way across town to a hospital. We tried a local one first because it was cheaper to register etc… but they wouldn't see foreigners.
