ko samui was much busier and commercial then koh tao, almost like being on holiday in magaluf or somewhere in some parts. All day you have people trying to sell you things and of an evening there are children out all night trying to sell you necklaces etc. some of them most only have been about 4 and had obviously been told to pretend to cry! Beggers and ladyboys everywhere!

the first day we spent on beach and then went into town for meal in evening, the second day it absolutely poured down so we sat at restaurant for while then on to Ark Bar where we stayed for rest of evening.
