Friday 30th our tour was to the Toba Aquarium and a rice storage house. The temperature today is 23degrees and it has been raining off and on. The tour guide said that this is a very wet and windy part of Japan. I could see that as the tall trees are all on a lean - much like some in Wellington.
The aquarium was mainly jelly fish and you can see one pictured. We tried an ice cream containing jelly fish - very tasty. From there we went to a park and it was raining so much most people stayed in the bus. The final place was a rice storage house and lovely shops but we had only 30 minutes there.
We were back at the ship by 2.00pm and have had lunch in the Lido and we sail very shortly.
Tomorrow is an at sea day and we get to Yokohama on Sunday at 6.00am. As yet we don't know what time we are to go off shore. Then straight to the airport for our flight home at 6.00 pm
