Yesterday we were in Kochi.
Our first trip was an hours drive in a coach to Monets Garden. A beautiful garden and the waterlillies were to die for. We had lunch provided, beef hamburger, it was actually a beef pattie decorated around the edges with the pickles, salad and two chunky slices of bread. The entree was a small cup of vegetable soup.
Following lunch we drove to the Botanical gardens, very beautiful and very proud people speaking of them, but not a lot different to any we see at home.
Arriving back at the port we had to go through immigration.
This morning we are on our way to Busan in South Korea, it was great cruising through the Kanmom Straits and lots of pollution from the coal fired power stations was interesting to see. Right now the ship is swaying a bit as we are in the open sea. Cecille has gone for a mud foot treatment and I go in an hour.
We will dock at 4.00 pm and leave again at 9.00pm
