Last day of my TALK debrief adventure for this trip. I was on a late shift today so went for a run in the morning. I was chuffed to bits as I actually managed to run a solid 5 km. I had to be there for 8am and it was a 45 minute walk so after grabbing some breakfast from the hotel, I headed off at 7am.
