We arrived back on the mainland and headed towards Airlie.  From here I booked a 2nt sailing trip around the Whitsunday Islands (I must have been having a funny 5mins as me and boats aren't really compatible, and why I wanted to sleep on one for 2nts is beyond me!).  However this was a lot of fun and really enjoyed it.  We sailed around the Islands, did a bit of snorkelling and went to Whitehaven Beach, which is gorgeous, or would be if the sun was shining....we were walking around in our attractive yellow rain macs!  It rained last time I was there, I must be jinxed!  The evening we arrived back the crew arranged for the group to meet up in the local bar for a few drinks (or should i say a lot!)....it was a good night!
