so what did i do in my last few weeks in Oz, well I spent Xmas Day on Bondi Beach and went to Gatecrasher which was really good, have to say it didn't really feel like Xmas - not used to spending it in the Sun and having pizza and beer for my dinner! I also met up with Lisa and Matt from home and had a few nights out with them. It was really nice to see them both. I also spent a few nights back at Jen & Ants house, it was nice to catch up with them agai...

so what have I been up to since being back from Tasmania I hear you ask! Well Me, Claire & Liz decided to spend 5nts in Manly, luckily the weather was good that week, so the majority of the time was spent sunbathing! Have to say though for the first night in Manly we stayed at the most disgusting hostel ever, luckily we managed to get a refund for the last 4nts and found somewhere else which was much better. so the Oz bus has come to an end and i'm now in Sydney, where i've been for the past 2wks - and where I'll be til January! A few of us are still here, but we've had to say goodbye to a few others, which was sad as we've all become really good friends. This was our last stop on the Oz bus before heading to Sydney, It was in the middle of nowhere! A few of the group did night water rafting, but didn't really fancy that. There were a few other activities we could have done, but the weather was horrible, so a few of us just stayed in and relaxed with a few drinks!

We stayed 1nt at the Mojo Surf Camp in Arrawarra. The afternoon we got there we had a lesson...see the picture above, that's how good I was....NOT! I failed miserably, I couldn't even stand up! In the evening we played a few drinking games which everyone was up for, little did we know that the losers would have to do the dishes...yep you guessed it I was on the losing team, although I didn't have to do the dishes, I had to clean out the bins instead.....
