So,Fiji, My last stop before heading home and what a way to finish...in Paradise! I spent 8nts here and in true "me" style decided just to relax on the islands rather than explore the mainland! Due to arriving late in from New Zealand, it meant I had to spend the first night in Nadi before getting the boat over to the Islands the next day. Beachcomber was the first Island I stayed on and was here for 2nts... I had such a good time here, the sun was shining, the beach was perfect and even the 100 odd bed dorm didn't put me off! Beachcomber Island was the start of where the New Zealand crew starting forming again! I'd already bumped into Jen and Declan in Nadi and had a few drinks with them on my first night, then Christina and Katie and then Sir Zimmee himself (Dave!)...who greeted me by nearly drowning me in the sea! Had a good night with the guys there...from doing the Bula dance (Adele I can see you cringing!) to being covered in sand...thanks to Dave! Oh and how crazy is this, I bumped into two girls I went to school with Claire and Katie....how wierd is that! They are just starting out their trip..lucky things!
