Today started even earlier than yesterday at 4.40 and woke up to a chilling -4 in my room! In all honesty I was pleased to hear my alarm as I only had an hour sleep! So today is the day. Didn't get much sleep up here and started off really early. Left the lodge at 6am and made our way to Gorak Shep. For the first time on our trip it was overcast this morning, which meant it was ridiculously cold for our trek. Thankfully it was one of our shorter walks and being so cold people walked a lot quicker!
