Driving on the other side of the road
Made it to Scotland... We picked up our Fiat and managed to pack in our luggage and Jas golf clubs!! I then accomplished the feat of driving on the otherside of the road in a standard! The traffic is pretty light here but people tend to ignore the speed limits. The roads are not really wide enough for a parking lane but people park on the sidewalk and you need to pull out into on coming traffic to get around them... This is common and totally normal.
Word of advice... When renting a car from the UK... It does not come with ANY insurance... You need to buy it if you want any sort of coverage, not just the upswell we get when renting a car in North America. Costs about 27£ per day for the basic coverage.
